Here are the Holiday hours for the office:

Closed November 23th through 27th for Thanksgiving.

Open 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., November 30th through December 11th.

Closed December 14th through January 1st, 2016 for Christmas and New Year's.

The deadline to register (minimum number of players and at least 1/2 the fee) for Spring Season will be Friday, January 29th. Fees will remain the same as the fall season. Cards must be turned in for any players that are dropping from your team. Players changing teams must complete a Player Release & Transfer form. Games will begin on Saturday, March 5th.

As previously mentioned at the coaches meeting, USSF has made some changes to how we will play soccer beginning in the Fall of 2016. For more details, please visit the New Mexico Youth Soccer website here: http://www.nmysa.net/LeftNav/News/Current_News/US_Soccer_Federation_announces_Player_Development_Initiatives.htm.

Lastly, there will be another major change in the youth game coming possibly as soon as the Spring 2016 season. As part of a 2014 concussion lawsuit in California that has finally been resolved, heading will be eliminated for U10 and below and heading will be limited in practice for ages 11-13. The league and the state expect more details to come down ASAP, but as of now, we know that this is coming, just not exactly sure when.

As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office or to call the NMYSA office.
